Submitting a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe a link on our website directs to infringing material, send a written notice including the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on mysnapcams.com where the allegedly infringing link appears.
- Identification of the source URL hosting the material (if known).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification
If your content or link was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that complies with 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). We will forward it to the original complainant and, if appropriate, restore the content after 10 business days unless the complainant informs us they have filed suit.
